Hi, I'm Hanane

I’ve been a Learning and Development professional since 2014 and officially started coaching in 2019. As a coach, I’ve been fortunate enough to help many people optimise their potential in a way that is true to them and benefits all.

I used to be ambitious without a plan, working tirelessly to please everyone else but me. The fear of losing my job became a reality more than once and each time I became more self-aware.

I’ve had many setbacks, but redundancy was a lesson that taught me what resilience really is and just how capable I can be.

Having been through 3 redundancies within 10 years, I now realise the importance of putting myself first so I can be in a better place for everyone else. I’m more aligned to my purpose and this drives my ambition along with my vision.

Everything changed for me after I was made redundant for a 2nd time in my career. My confidence took a hit. Through coaching I was encouraged to do some strengths work and I was pleasantly surprised with what others recognised in me. It’s hard to see the good we do; it usually takes someone else to point it out for us.

I work with women to help them see just how capable they are of achieving great things. We all have the potential and sometimes we need a coach to help us unlock what’s already within us. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to have a blocker in your way when you know you are capable of more.

I believe the core to being happy and having a successful career is to focus on what your purpose is, followed by staying aligned to your values.

Two things I’ve learnt along the way are:

  1. To have a strong support network you can speak to and who will uplift you
  2. To have a coach that will guide you and keep you accountable.

Levelling up isn’t easy, it takes dedication, commitment and a lot of patience.

Through coaching I became self-aware of my strengths and capabilities. It enabled me to create a career aligned to my values and ultimately thrive.
